Who's tried it?
I'm tempted to have a dabble as i'm a single dad and i work but i hardly ever get out now i did go meet some random bird but she wanted to move in after 2 weeks i said not a chance now she won't talk at all lol

So i figured the birds online can't be any crazier lol so anyone tried it what is your experience of it any tips on sites etc i don't really wanna pay to join one either

yep tried it....

once i got in the car that she picked me up in, she locked the doors

explained that she lived across the river in flat, "the one with the red light outside"

talked about her breakdown and divorce within the first hour

and later asked me to sign a contract of behaviours during our relationship

worthwhile experience for when you do find a good one

 

two very good friends of mine have got married through online dating! both really educated, both good looking, they was just having trouble socialising, as not everyone wants to meet someone in a pub!

i tried it once, but the only who wanted me had a wonkey face LOL

 

met my now wife over t'internet. not a dating site though. people frown upon meeting ppl online but sometimes life dictates it's not so easy to just go out and meet someone. my wife and i are both quite shy ppl face to face so getting chatting online was a good way of breaking the ice and saved the expense of dinners etc to find out we didn't like each other afterall

 

lol Gareth i don't have trouble socialising but believe it or not i do have trouble with the whole profile thing as communication via text shows no body language etc so i don't wanna come across as some arogant cocky twat but then i don't wanna come across as shy as i'm not lol

It's a fine line then there is the whole message caper would be far better if there was a site with a live chat a bit like msn would save been ignored etc lol

 

thing is you CAN really get to know someones personality online then by phone long time before you just fall for there looks.
i didnt mean trouble socialising as it you find it hard,,, but it is hard to get to know people when all you do is meet them in pubs!

 

So it's econ as well lol the problem i have is not getting out much then having to pay for a sitter go out etc then there is a chance you aint gonna pull anyway lol then if you do she is gonna be fairly easy with a possibility of a trip to the clinic. So i tried the other way not pulling in the pub so anyway i managed to get a number of a girl at the till in asda lol then we messaged each other over the phone etc met up she stayed then i couldn't get shot of her then she wanted to move in after 2 weeks

 

I totally get where your coming from plus meeting in pubs aint ideal really well not in blackpool town anyway lol and getting out often enough to get too know someone slowly isn't really achievable atm hence i'm thinking online is the way to go

 

Me and a mate had a competition running a few years ago on how many single mums we could doink through various sites. Best few years of my life!

There were loads of sites geared towards that and we found it easier to do the groundwork over email/phone/text than trying it on with some bird in a pub/club who has a load of sweaty drunk barge boys making it harder for honest blokes who just want a bit of anal.

A lot of people meet their partners through work but I work with my Dad in a male oriented industry so no chance of that! Although I have taken out a few customers over the years but when their car starts falling apart, the sex dries up

My mate got a bird so we both stopped doing it as we'd share a lot. Literally I was swapping messages with a girl via Match and lo and behold, 3 years later we have a house and are getting married in April, so yes it also works for long term stuff if you cut out all the bullshit. It also turns out, my mate met his missus online and he was too embarassed to say for years.
