Default A question about car insurance

Do you guy's use the online compare site's such as moneysupermarket etc when finding quotes for car insurance or do you go elesewhere. I should mention that the car is not a high performance car. Just a daily driver at the moment.Thanks.

if it's modded in any way shape or form, don't bother getting the comparison sites quotes and go to the back of the mags for insurance companies

each to their own though

If it's an unmodified shopping trolley car then price comparison sites are good. If it's a modified car or you cherish it you should look at specialist insurers

I find comparison sites rubbish for all types of cars. Can always get better quotes by ringing around.
