Hey i'm new here
Hi all I have a Ford Seirra Saphire 2WD, Carb engine, Mods = 17" alloy wheels, Peko Big Bore 4 Back box, Dual webber Carb system from germany, undercar neons, incar neons, 2 Kickers L7's with a 1800 wat renagade amp 2 7" pioneer speakers and 2 5" speakers, 2 farad cap.
making it in to a cosie lookilike, any suggestions on the engine wut more can i do to it. plz suggest

not really worth spending on the engine imo it'l cost you a shit load of money for not allot of bhp
just drop a different engine in there if you want more power plenty of cossie engines floating about

i was thinking about that but i dnt knw if a cosworth lump would fit on the chassie and even if it does where do i get one and how much would it cost but cheers for that darren.cudd much appreciated if you have any ideas i would like your help safe

Would be cheaper to just buy a proper one once u have brought a good engine and everything else that it will need!
Plus if u are honest to the insurers it could work out more expensive than a real one due to it being highly moddified from standard

As above m8 whot size is the engine 1.6 / 1.8cvh / 2.0pinto or a 2.0 twin cam
If it smaller then the 2.0 then go for the pinto or a twin cam but the twin cam will cost more to mod were as the pinto is a comon engine and cheaper for part ect

a good mate of mine bought a white saff for £2100 had a few little problems but nothing that wasnt sorted out for a few hundred quid and a bit of elbo grease.
so i would say look for a cossie, then you can sell your neons with your other car
(only joking about the neons, each to there own though )

ive practically rewired that car
if your prepared to put in the work u can get cheap saff cossies
