but seeing as they don't even get electric windows, i somehow doubt he'll accept it as a reasonable request

company cars are given to people, so everyone who is able to get a company car is allocated a company car

with me so far?

we have other cars that are allocated as pool cars, so those who are eligible for a company car but don't use one, use them as and when they are required, these are obviously not allocated to anyone

the boss had a new car on the way so they gave him a car to use until his one was ready, he didn't have his car so wasn't allocated a car so he gets the pool car

seeing as i've had a pool car for a few weeks at a time in the past, even though i'm not in a position to use one in my every day work, i get them from time to time

so i've had a golf, which was really nice, another golf, which wasn't so nice, a focus, which was great, a fiesta, which wasn't too bad, a corsa, which was crap, to name but a few and seeing as i'm due for a car for a week in the next few weeks, i thought someone would cut me some slack and "forget" that there was a nice new merc sitting about the place

didn't happen though

oh well, i'll wait for my next set of spare wheels i'll make sure i post up a pic of them
