hi probably the wrong section iam putting this just as iam new to the site lol
but i have a problem.
will s2 rs turbo front doors fit a s1 turbo as iam doin a replica and the doors i have are rotten so ive come across 2 mint s2 doors in white just wanted to no if they will fit cheers.

The doors will fit but the doorcards won't due to the handles being in a different location

You dont, you unbolt the hinges from inside the base of the a-pillar.

Agreed but then so is making a base model look like an S1, IMO!

Base models can be made to look so so cool with just a few choice mods

iv fitted mk4 doors to a mk3 before and used the mk3 interior. im sure the cut outs for the interior handles are still there from what i remember!!

im sure it was just the outer door handles that changed on the doors.

outer door handles are different. I'm sure the interior bits swap over. They aren't going to totally redesign a door internally and leave same externally are they

Outter door handles are the same on a s1 and s2 but earlier mk3's did have different external door handles as they were metal and not plastic. Internally they were different as the handle is in a different location but can be moved to work with a mk3 interior but is hassle IMO

bootlids fit but s1 spoilers will not bolt up to a s2 bootlid and vice versa as they are a different shape at the bottom corners of the window

May have to remove dash for the top ones iirc?have to on the Cossie,the pins are fucking impossible to get out now after years of rust and shit inside!!!!
