right she let a friend on her computer and they have been on face book well she went on today and could not get into her acount with her pass word so we did the forgot it thing and it sent here a new pass word thing to sort it which we have done but when she loged in its not her acount its got her sister inlaws name . she can get to see her own acount by going throw friends but cannt get into it . dose any one wot we can do . im sorry this is hard to read but its the only way i now to put it down

Ok, what hes saying is.

His Female friend let one of her friends use her computer. They had then gone onto facebook and decided to chage the password.

Shes gone to use this and found the password is in correct. She requests for a re-set to her email.

Shes signed in and its not her name, its someone elses.



Ok, so what have they done.

The account is hers, but all they have done is changed her name. This can be done in the edit profile section.

They cant be so clever as when you want to hack someones account you need to change the password and email account so no password can be re-set. My option would be to get facebook to delete her account and make sure next time she uses facebook to log-out. Or dont let people use her computor.
