Snapped Exhaust manifold bolt in head!!
How can i get it out!!!!
Its snapped flush with the head, what a mare!
It snapped when it was being tightened so the thread is all clean so its not rusted in.

Try using a very fine pointed chissel to tap it round or drill a hole in the center of the bolt then use an easyout on it.

Centre punch the centre then use a cobalt drill till it's large enough to take a twist out, whack in the twist out, will soon be out.
