Too many posts.. I need a life!!
I have picked up my neice from the night club in Newmarket a couple of times and seen a few excuses for men wanting to fight, well if i was that age coming out of a club with girls wearing their skirts round their arses i could think of something better to do than fight.

Makes sod all difference where in the country you are, there's people like it everywhere, always looking for a fight.
Drink and drugs has nothing to do with it, people have been doing both for years and years.
It's the fact that the IQ level of this country is falling steadily into the abyss and there are more and more people who are just rough as fuck and want to fight anyone who even looks at them.
Never got in a fight when out and wouldn't want to. Why anyone would want to get drunk and fight is entirely beyond me. Rolling about on the floor pulling at each other's closes and clawing each other is just ridiculous. From what I've seen, a punch barely ever gets thrown, just lots of pushing and shouting and stuff.
Just leave 'em to it now. Used to enjoy a night out, drinks with mates and check out the talent, but can't be arsed anymore. Too many pricks always out and the music is usually shit now anyway. I don't want to go into a club and listen to some samey fuckin' indie/rock band!

Good weekend. Im still not playing regular so not scoring well, but won the lonest drive on the friday, then won the round with a 15 over at silsden which suprised me as it was hilly as hell and i was tired from Skipton-both golf and boozing lol!
I did start well both days though, birdie birdie bogey par at skipton, then birdie par par at silsden, im just towing to keep it together. Defo getting back into it proper next year

It was more E's and speed back when I was clubbng.I only ever had a bit of bother when some mong told me not to bother coming back to the chair I was sitting in when I got up to get a drink-He was trying to impress his mates an G/f being a big hard man.When I came back I sat somewhere else finished my drink and left the shithole.

I have never ever in 28 years (although obviously haven't been out drinking for all of those!!) got into or been involved in a fight. My attitude is that i'd sooner try and chat my way out of something than get in a scuff and ruin my night. Fuck that. Dont get me wrong, i work out a lot and have done for 3 years and i could probably hold my own, but i dont want to! If a mate was getting in trouble id help them out, but by breaking it up or trying to sort the situation out not by getting involved. Obviously i completely apreciate that as in the OPs case theres not always anything you can do about it, but so far (touch wood) ive managed to avoid it! I guess ive just been lucky as well really, and by the same token nothing has ever happened to my girl-mates, mrs, sister or mum while we've been out, which are the only things that would cause my attitude to change.
BTW, i dont think the location really matters, cunts are country-wide!

To be fair to him it is obviously an advantage. I know a few folk that are into mixed martial arts and I've seen them deal with pissheads a few times. Think the main thing is definitely to try and avoid getting into a 'fight', which sort of means you're as up for it as them. Defending yourself by any means necessary if you're attacked is a different thing.

was like that quite a bit for me when i was younger (18-19) having dreads unfortunatly does draw some attention. best one was one night heading to get the last bus home with my mate and out of nowhere "BAM" right on the side of my head. guy must have been about 6" 2-3 or something as he was a little taller then me. carried on walking and again "BAM" carried on again and the next time he came right in front of me and "BAM" right on the side of my eye. at that point the cops had seen him and about 6 of them were on him like a fly to shit. a lady cop came over to check that i was ok but i was more interested in getting to my bus in time (I had had a few beers and smokes and was on a mission) I have always had a very hard head as i used to get bullied a lot at school and head beatings were the thing but i have never been knocked to the ground. I dont like fighting but in this case i never even got an explination about what i had supposed to have done! plus i wanted to get away as i had a fair ammount of weed in my pocket that i didnt want the cops to catch a wiff of!! ah the memorys!

my local is 100 yards up the road form me and i know everyone in there, but like fuck would i go in there for a drink if i didn't go in with 4 or 5 mates
and as for the local bad boy watering hole glassy junction, too many times i've been arrested in there for fights that had nothing to do with me so i simply don't go to pubs any more

when i used to go out clubbing at a few clubs like gatecrasher there was never any fights when i was there. A lot of people where no doubt on drugs but they were all loved up. I hate fighting and i just dont see the point in it. There is no need if you ask me.

There was a few lads in a club in darlington last year. 1 of the lads had just come back from afganistan. 2 pikeys started this lad n knocked him out. The lad died and the piley got 2 years for killing him 2 bloody years.
