theres a focus in ireland that has a 2.6 4wd twin turbo skyline gtr motor

and i went to a skyline tuners the other day and theres the original dimma 206 car there with full 4wd cossie running, sequential box the lot

 

The best one i have seen and one i would love to do if i had a spare Ł100k to to it properly - mk3 fiesta xr2i with full cosworth 4x4 engine and running gear.

 

Recently see a Mk1 mr2 with a Audi V8 engine and gear box

 

20years ago seen a renult 5 with a 500brake yb in the back space framed grasstracker
,an a twin bike engine chincochenco its just funny grasstracker also

His next project is now a mk2 Granada with a 8.5 chevy block and 200 shot of nitrous. Pushing aprrox 600bhp but no pics yet unfortunately. Just missed his deadline for USC!

used to be a company around in the late 80s called ed turners used to be in hayes/middx used to have a showroom full of whacky cars like a fiat 126 running a rover v8,a capri with a v12 and cars like a marina running twin cam fiat lumps as well as custom cars running all sorts of engines,god I miss the old days

 

Seen quite a few of them back in the day. Was the 1995/6 nationals, Clio mk1 with twin CBR900's.

Unreal sound, plus add Supercharged V8 Mini Pick Up's/Fiesta Mk3's.

mitsubishi l200 with 3 litre supra engine and box,
sounds just like a supra then you see a l200 driving along, 100% mental,
think it was done by kr tuning in motherwell but not 100% sure

id personally consider a 'mental' engine conversoin something like a space shuttle engine in a fiat 500 (or those v8 500s at pod lol)

Remember that well. I was only a little one then but I'm sure my Uncle took me there several times. Anyone got any pics of it by any chance. Were there hot rods there too? I will ask him if it was the same place.

 

one of the lads has a rover v8 in a reliant kitten..sure a few people on here will know or have seen the car

 

thats the place near where Maccy Ds is now,I sold them a fiat 127 with a essex v6 in it back in 1989 which I bought for a laugh and Ł400 they sold it for nearly double what I sold it to them for,and yes they had hod rods as well as classics and insane modded cars,the best I saw was a mini with a jag v12 and driver had to sit on the back seat and it had a 4" roof chop

 

The car is here and John is in the USA for a year or more, so no not at the moment.

Theres a Lanos with an LET thats localish to me, Ka with a ZVH on a T34 etc..

Theres a mini with a Zetec Turbo on gas, another mini with a 7.0+ V8 in the front and I'm sure theres still the one with a BOA 24V on gas around as well
