fanny colour, the shell was actually for sale on migweb a few months ago, think its gone a bit rough now.Guy I know bought it off the guy who built it,think he paid about 10k for it.I must say it went like fuck though, remember a few boys having a go back in the day and getting nowhere.

The boy I know kept it immaculate so I`m not sure how it ended up in the state it is now?

Yep,only the wheels were bought and the original shell. It was stolen after the original owner had it but recovered stripped but with all the original bits still with it,hence why its not as good as it originally was.I still thought bout buying it mind when it was for sale a few months back!

iv heard of cars being found in quarrys e.t.c being dragged out then put back on the road before..

the thing is that theyre not in salt water while theyre in these quarrys so they rust alot slower then they would do driving our roads in the winter!

The complex where I used to work in Barry was a US army storage depot during world war 2, and also a salt extraction facililty with loads of water filled pits.

When the army was clearing out after the war all the surplus was bulldozed into the pits and filled in, guns, ammunition etc etc and a fella I worked withs Dad watched it all as a local kid.

He remembers brand new Sherman tanks being pushed straight into the pits, and I was also told new in crate Harley Davidson outrider bikes also went straight in as well

Few bits and bobs have been found over the years, but most of its still under the petrochem factory that was built over it in the 60s and 70s.

None of it will be any good as it will all be crushed under the hardcore they topped up the pits with.
