Default zetec turbo question?

I am currently doing a zetec turbo, what i want 2 know is how deep can you drill the exhaust manifold stud holds when re driling the head for a s2 manifold?

I did this on my first Zetec Turbo and would strongly recommend you don't do it. Buy the adaptor plate and make some room for the extra clearance that's needed.

A few of the early Zetec Turbos that were done with drilling and tapping all seemed to have the same problem with oil leaking!

Mine eventually pissed oil from a couple of the studs as they tap into an oil way. Bad idea!

mine pissed oil through the stud that was put on the oilway too

and the nuts seemed to come loose every month or so whitch made it leak even more!
