Default max power t34.48/.63?

what is the max power you can get from a t34.48? what difference would .63 make
running greens?
running greys?

depends on lots of things:

what psi you run obviously, whats the full spec? also you might be able to make it do the numbers on the RR but how long do you want the turbo to last

the turbo will out flow greens at around 350 ish

also greys will out flow the turbo

as an example i "think" james as MSD got 370hp and 420lbft out of a t34.48, but he ran 35 psi boost (spike) - but im not sure what the rest of the spec of the motor was (cams, inlet, head etc)

at the minute its standard 4x4 head, wrc gasket, skimmed standard pistons 200 block, greens, t34.48, 500i/c. but once i finish getting the engine out and send it off the bottom end will be rebuilt with standard comp pistons with valve cuts, 10 long studs.
was thinking of changing to .63 but just wondering how much i could get out of .48 with changing injectors

thanks Billy

if it was me with that spec i would stick with the t34.48 or if you do want more power than ditch the t34 and go for a gt3071, with a set of greys or siemens you'll see 450+

the cost in changing the exhaust housing for the amount of power increase isnt worth it IMO

standard lump, apart from head has had secret fettling i found out about the other day (lad who skimmed the head let the cat out the bag the other day when chatting to a mate of mine, he loves YB's, builds alot of NA ones for grass trackers, and got carried away with mine, but didn't tell me or charge me for it!)
usual stage 3 gubbins, bar 55's and 32 psi peak, 26 hold, coil packs and closed loop.

yeah, does suffer a bit of spin! think it wants softer springs on the back to help it squat a bit.
