E-mail error
I was sitting at my desk (working for a change) when an e-mail popped up. Somebody had kindly sent me the pic that's in the muppet room of a lady trying to open a beer bottle with her front bottom 
It soon dawned on me that our whole team had received this e-mail. Turns out that a chap called Peter English had inadvertantly sent the picture to the whole company and not just his mate.
P45 tomorrow do we think

Yep!! Someone got that boot for that where I used to work, forwarded it to a director of the same name as his mate by accident
Whole company is even worse!! Tell him to recall is ASAP and hope not too many people read it
