As per title,i'm emigrating to Canada around Xmas time and want to know the taxes/complications involved.It's a 328 cabrio and has big sentimental value to me and the missus.the car dosent miss a beat so getting it anywhere would be fine but I'm just curious as to how much it costs roughly.I've owned the car in my name for over 8 years and have read a thread on here that if you owned a vehicle in your country for more than a year and then in that country for 6 months that meant you didn't pay import tax?
