I have been having issues with paypal the last couple of days. Gets as far as the send payment page then it freezes up. Tried it again a bit later and it worked. Then a couple of days later was having the same issue!

Took a while to load the payment sent page for me the day before yesterday and the person i was sending the money to said initally i couldnt use pay pal with him as his wasn't working.

So dont think its just you.
