One of my mates had one of them for a while, only thing that went wrong with it was the front drop links started to knock a little, cheap as chips to sort tho

make sure the oil level is on the max mark on the dip stick and also that it looks clean too. K20's thrive on good, clean oil and can burn a bit when revved hard, but thats normal on them.
They can wear the inner eges of the rear tyres out quite quickly, more so if lowered but are generally good on tyres, with the fronts lasting about 12k miles if driven quite hard.
Make sure its got a full service history with services every 12.5k miles.
