Default Focus st on track?

Hi ive got a focus st which is around 280hp and everything else is standard and im thinking of taking it on a trackday, i was wondering how other peoples cars have coped with things like brake fade/warped discs, how bad they wreck the tyres ect. Any advice appreciated, thanks

it all depends on how hard you go for it mate, i'd deffo go for a set of upgraded discs and pads though if I where you and possibly stiffen the car up a little with a set of polybushes if your being advantagous
