paint stripper is prob the quickest way... all are as good as each other, its the prep that makes the difference between a good or lovely paint job... if its an old car you can acid dip it , but that means stripping eveything off theshell and obviously meens a lot more work...

personally i would steer clear of any paint stripper as does cause problems with fresh paint sometimes !!

take it back down with that then go over it with 120 grit etch and then a good quality high build primer spend more on this don't get cheap stuff
for all the bits you carn't get with da use a wire wheel on grinder not a five minute job i would do one panel at time then etch it as you go
