ebay - payed an havent got goods - what to do?

ebay - payed an havent got goods - what to do?
i bought a pair of wheels of ebay a few weeks back.
paid paypal next day.
emailed seller my address etc.
waited nearly 2 weeks (said postage would be 2 -3 days) and then emailes him again to ask what had happend.
no reply and then emailed nearly 8 times again over last week.
what do i do know?!?
will i get bad feedback?

" What to do is go to your Paypal account and open a dispute by clicking on the Resolution centre" button and then the "dispute a problem" then tick the "item dispute" then fill in the item number etc in the box and continue.
The seller will be sent and email via Paypal to which he has to either send you your wheels or the money you sent him will automatically be credited back into your account in 14 days if he does nothing
I got fed up a long time ago going through all that email tennis so now i just go open a dispute as it gets the results with less hassel

oh and as a seller, he cant leave you bad feedback.......but YOU can. Obviously wait till the case is closed then drop him a neg, he'll love you for it

on ebay just along from the search bar theres an (advanced search) option click this and then on the left hand side it says find a member click this and put in the persons user name and item number. It will give you all the contact information ebay has for them, contact them on the home number ive found this to have a quicker reaction than waiting for paypal to sort it out.
