Bloody hell you have done a bit.You must be a brain box lol.I did the manual handling course a few weeks ago.Basicly this old cooooont tells you how to pick up things without fooking your back.

When i did manuual handling i later found the instructor picking up a box by bending his back lol

I work for a daf garage. And when u said manual handling i thought u meant driveing for fuel consumption or something like that
