raceline fully baffled sump
t61 turbonetics turbo
tial 44mm wastegate
custom built exhaust manifold by myself
piper venier pulleys
area six custom inlet manifold with x 4 625cc siemans injectors
cosworth duratec 67mm throttle body
secert spec cams
pectel t2 with custom wiring harness by myself
aeromotive fuel pressure reg
engine dynod by harvey gibbs and ahmed bayjoo at scs
engine made 522bhp and 395ftlbs @ 30 psi
now as happy as i was things have changed again because of going 4x4 and many other little things have changed in trying to build the most powerful and reliable zetec turbo in the uk
this is now the engine nearing its final build and i mean final build lol
things that have changed and have been added
jenvey inlet manifold modified to accept x4 625 siemanns injectors and x4 bosch 450cc injectors also with evo hi flow 70mm diffuser
new secert spec cams
billet thermostat housing (got to order)
custom hand built twin scholl exhaust manifold (still got to finish)
x 4 exhaust temperture sensors , 1 in each header
twin tial 44mm wastegates (1 to order)
pace dry sump system but with are dry sump pump (on order as we speak)
modified cam cover(being done as we speak)
alloy lightweight pulleys (got to order)
plug on coils (on order)
vacuum block (on order)
modify head studs to 11m or 12mm (will be done when the engine returns to ian)
some of this stuff has been added to aid a bhp increase and some for reliability
we are hoping to see a genuine 625/650bhp @ 35 psi max

its needs two wastegates on twin scroll 1 for each pair of headers , now i was thinking of not doing it but everyone should read about how it can save you upto 800rpm on spool up time with an identical turbo set up with the same boost . read it on the mlr forum , very good back to back testing and even they where surpised how much difference it made , so i thought i may aswell give it a bash as i will be making it myself.![Top](https://passionford.com/forum/images/smilies/smile011.gif)

i must remember more video batteries next time as i recorded all the non boost mapping and the fuckin thing ran out at 470 bhp which i must say was a shame .
can you tell me if pectel t2 is ok running plug on coils?

it runs but is on a basemap that was on the dta, for a 2.0l zetec ginetta race lol, and its overfueling like a coont. so it does drive.
i need a good weekend to finish off a few bits then it can be mot'd, so really very little to do, just no time to do it!

i must remember more video batteries next time as i recorded all the non boost mapping and the fuckin thing ran out at 470 bhp which i must say was a shame .
can you tell me if pectel t2 is ok running plug on coils?

2.1 Zetec instead of the crap duratec and ib5box
Getrag 6speed st170 box
GT30 with external gate and screemer pipe
Fully forged
area six inlet
Over the box exhaust mani
made 340 at about 18psi.
But now broke it and building a new one with a ported head etc etc aiming for 400bhp in a fiesta ST

alex !!!!!! hello and welcome matey , hadnt realised that you joined us , shame about the engine are you getting ian to do the bottom end? , nice looking engine bay , and another one of my manifolds , not that you can see it under all that wrap lol.
how long until its back on the road.

i will now be spending another £850 on a billet oil pump from the states , specially designed for drag high boost cars . its took me ages to find info with some companies not even interested , but ive found a brilliant company that make all nascar pumps and systems and they are the finest quality.
