a very quick car , engine reliable , gearbox not lol

my 522bhp engine sadly never fitted in a car as things have changed so much

engine dynod by harvey gibbs and ahmed bayjoo at scs
engine made 522bhp and 395ftlbs @ 30 psi
now as happy as i was things have changed again because of going 4x4 and many other little things have changed in trying to build the most powerful and reliable zetec turbo in the uk


this is now the engine nearing its final build and i mean final build lol

things that have changed and have been added

jenvey inlet manifold modified to accept x4 625 siemanns injectors and x4 bosch 450cc injectors also with evo hi flow 70mm diffuser
new secert spec cams
billet thermostat housing (got to order)
custom hand built twin scholl exhaust manifold (still got to finish)
x 4 exhaust temperture sensors , 1 in each header
twin tial 44mm wastegates (1 to order)
pace dry sump system but with are dry sump pump (on order as we speak)
modified cam cover(being done as we speak)
alloy lightweight pulleys (got to order)
plug on coils (on order)
vacuum block (on order)
modify head studs to 11m or 12mm (will be done when the engine returns to ian)
some of this stuff has been added to aid a bhp increase and some for reliability
we are hoping to see a genuine 625/650bhp @ 35 psi max

it may change slightly from the pics as it is not finished yet
