Murphy update
Been a while since he had his op, hes slowly getting there, still struggling to gain weight though, he really doesnt seem interested in his dry mix, so starting to add meat to it to try and get his muscle built back up and stop him looking so skinny.
He can manage a half hour walk, but has a bit of a limp on the way back, gonna take him to the vets to check if its normal or if its just because hes still not fully recovered.
Here are a few pics i took today on my phone whilst out walking him....

its just over 3 months since the accident, and 8 weeks since he came off cage rest, it seems like so long ago, im probably just being a bit overly keen on his recovery period lol.

he is so happy, still full of bounce and loving as ever, he looks a bit twisted from certain angles, where his hip is higher where its been pinned, but i dont know if that will change with time. He runs a lot better than he walks, really can go for it whilst running, but has a limp on walking after a long period of time.
I think realistically its going to be 6-7 months post op for him to be anywhere near normal, the advantage is probably his age, he is 7 months old now, and is growing still and hoping that will help him as he grows.
Really do need to get him walking more though!
