No reason why you shouldn't get 200bhp.

Is yours an OFAB or OFAC car?

Mine was OFAB, the better option of the standard gear, or it used to be unless things have changed.

The intercooler is fine for your spec. Mine used to do 225bhp consistant and had standard cooler (for a short while) and a very similar spec standard head and cam etc. I uprated the head and cam later, did nothing as the injectors were maxed out.

I presume you will be getting it chipped as i don't see that on your spec, you will need one or someone like MSD or Grove who can map it for you.

Hi Neil, thanx for ur great advice, i forgot to say it was chipped with a "superchip" (the one that sits on the side of the ecu) i have never understood how to tell if your car is ofab or ofac, so if u could clear that up that would be great.
and again, thanks alot for that information

From memory my map sensor was on the bulkhead on the right hand side of the inlet. Ecu was in the passnger footwelll. But i'm trying to think back a good few years.

If you have a 195 chip you will be alright, if it's the 165, you won't. But pretty sure Collins have chips, MSD, Burtons even. It's not tricky to sort it and you have all the bits to get sensible power.

ofab map sensors are the same as cossie's, if you pull the ecu out an srew of the loom plug it should say ofab/ofac? thats a very good spec, the AS cooler should be up to the job but GRS intercoolers are the best, pop up on ebay now an again,
