this is the bit that confuses me tho, they say they thought you had an RS engine not a cosworth engine?

well even if that was true... what other RS model ford sierras are there and what engines do they have in them?

Data controller is a meta-title that someone else will fill the role of generally, not a specific seperate person where that is their only job.

a bit like big companies have to have a first aider, it wont be there only job or even their actual job title typically, it will just be someone who has a normal job and very occasionally does that.

He's probably on about trade insurance. They must be really tight though, my sister was back on traders 3 years after her DR10 ban expired

i insured my old v8 capri on a classic policy for iirc £120 fully comp, 3 months down the line i phoned and asked about swapping policy to a different car and they said "what from the 2.0 capri"! to which i replied no its a 3.5 litre v8 capri.

but they honoured the policy for the rest of the term but they told me to never apply for car insurance through them again which seemed abit silly tbh as it was there phone ladys mistake not mine, she forgot to change the engine size over when i got the quote. i guess i was quite lucky but i did kick up a stink saying you cant take away insurance ive paid for in advance because of your staffs mistake.

nsurance companies are bastards, as sais it's the law you have to have it, so they can charge what they want.
