just tow it, if you get stopped pled you no nothing!!, i got towed from miltonkeynes to watford that the best part of 40 miles straight down the a5 and a41 drove past coppers and nothing said!! just dont fuck about, my mate was towing me at 50mph down the by past in an Old landrover with no pas or brakes (good old straight bar) Lol...
