As above really, i want mine done but not sure if its as dark as 80%. So thought i'd take a shot in the dark and see if anyone knew

80% is very very light (the VLT refers to the amount of light it lets through). 5% is stupid limo-tint, and 70% is a very light smoke.

I'd say it was probably 35-40% on the Fiesta.

Hi Dan,

well the window tinting place ive used in past go by how much light is being restricted. I had limo done on a previous car and because the fronts arent done, u could even see through the backs a bit still. That made me think that the tint that ford use must be reasonably dark hey.

I realise this post is stupid but i want to have mine so it looks factory done.

There is a black edge around the window. If the tint does not match that it will look ridiculous.
