Check the front top mounts on the shocks, they wear out really quick on ka's, jack the car up so the wheel is off the ground and give a shock a pull
to see if the mounts worn

I had similar on a motor and turned out to be ill fitting srigot rings.

Make sure that the alloy wheel is fitting snug to the center hub ring, should virtually hold in place before the bolts go in.

I had some custom ones made becuase of the set up I was running and it solved it.

Could be loads of stuff on ka's,especially as the sports only use the same stuff as the less er models.check obvious stuff of course but common probs are top mounts, anti rollbar bushes, snapped springs on rear/front and lower arms, even rear shockers can fuck it up even silly things like undertorqued wheel nuts.you could try removing each wheel and clean up the mounting faces with a wirebrush etc,put a smidgen of coppergrease on them to help reassembly.I had the same prob on my escort and it was just a dud tyre,it had only worn in one section,no idea why, just replaced it and all ok.

To eliminate wheels & tyres try swapping front to rear and see if it still happens.

Has it had new discs recently? A common problem is crap between the drive flange and the disc. Try removing the discs and using a wire bush in a drill clean the mating face of the disc and also the face of the drive flange.
