Hi i have an 08 plate fiat bravo 1.4 turbo and have fitted an induction kit and now get a nice roar and turbo spool but rather than having the dump valve sound ide rather have wastegate chatter
I disconnected the electronic cable for the valve to operate and got the lovely chatter sound but obviously got the engine management light up,didnt cause the car to run bad or anything though, but would like it to run without the valve and no engine light so how do i do this? The connector only has two inputs so would i just connect a wire between the two to keep engine light off? or am i better keeping it connected and getting new pipes to bypass the valve altogether?
