.....and want to come and take me off my curfew/tag for some cash. on a serious note i have been placed on tag for assaulting two lad's that actually went for me 1st, the court didnt see it like that and put on me on a curfew with 150 hours community service and 800 pound fine. realy takes the piss when im not in the wrong for defending myself. anyone else been on tag here? moral of the story is if any 17 year old chav's fancy giving you a beating do not defend yourself as they run to the police and have you nicked for giving them what they deserve.

no previous, im 22 and the 2 lad's were 17 at the time so classed as minor's according to the court. also i gave a statement explaining i had gone to pick up my 15 year old brother from youth club because they had threatend to stab him. when i got there i decided to have a word and get them to leave off witht the threats etc. they both thought they were gangster's and decided to have me...only i saw it coming and as the big one went for me i punched him on the nose and nutted his mate as he got into my zone if that makes sense. i then left and thought nothing more of it untill the police came to the door. the worst thing i did was give a statement, the copper's used it against me, it all ended up in court with prosecution saying i could have left at any time and never needed to approach the lad's in the 1st place, also that it was a pre meditated attack on the two youth's who were minding there own business and the final thing was the head butt. they said it's aggrivated assault and not self defence. the most annoying thing is knowing they were gonna try and do me but ran to the police when it didnt go there way.

 

I'd be sending the boys round.

 

as much as i would love to do that im capable of sorting them myself, but also where will it get me, the sneaky little fuckers want it all there own way, they want to run around playing gangster and bashing people up but when the it's put back on them they go straight to the police. you just cant win with them.
