Sorry,

but thta is not possible as SAGE sends the data to the printer and it would be the printer that controls which tray it prints from.

I take it are trying to print on two diffrent types of paper, ie one headed and the other not?

I have worked with Sage for the last twenty plus years and have not found a way of doing this yet!!

Are you saying you want the same document to print twice, 1 on each of the paper trays ?

Dan, I want to do what bookwyse says, make 2 copies of an invoice and send one to the plain paper tray and the second to the headed paper tray.

I have found a way to do it that works as long as the invoice is one page only. If the invoice runs onto 2 pages, it prints the first page from one tray and the second page from the second tray.

Dont know alot about Sage as I develop a different Accounting Package but i'm sure there must be a Module you can add on to modify the printing options

Can you modify the printer settings manually through the Printer software to print from seperate trays automatically ? If not then there might be a later version that enables you to do this as I can see it being a common requirement

never used sage for invoices, so wouldnt know.

only used it for book keeping, printing payslips, and doing payroll.

used a database that did everything regards timesheets and invoices.
