I'm looking at a bit more power from my Fiesta RS1800, I'll be putting a magnex full system on and was wondering if it's really worth changing the exhaust manifold. I've looked at Ashley 4-2-1 and wondered how much better it is over the standard manifold?

Also wish to fit an induction kit, 2.0 mondeo throttle body & MAF sensor and possibly chip it.

What should I expect to gain and is it worth it?
