hi lads,
ive got a fuel pressure reg that i want to fit onto the rs. want to know how to fit it as ive had alook and cant work out how to by-pass or take off the old one.. will i need a blanking plate or do i need some other parts that im missing.. there would be some high pressure in the rail and line so wouldnt it have to be screw in fittings and not push on, anyway the main thing is to take of the old and blank or tap of from the fuel rail.. if anyone knows what to do let me know.. not good idea messing with petrol on my rs when it could all go up in smoke!!![](http://images.ibsrv.net/ibsrv/res/src:passionford.com/get/forum/images/smilies/fume.gif)

Standard FPR is quite up to the job and adjustabele as well. Ran stock one on my 200bhp FRST and my brother is using teh stock one on his (hopefully) 300bhp FRST

Unless you have the right kit to check it's set right YOU don't. But, there is a blanking bung in the top which needs to be prised out. I've never tinkered myself as the consequences of just fiddling is usuall an expensive hole in something
