went today - there's a couple of interesting things to look at - a new MX5 based 7-style kit which is pretty cheap, the GBS Zero which also looks extremely good value, an MK's new front suspension design.

Other than that, not much going on - as usual....

There was a comedy 360 rep there today with a speaker setup in the boot playing recorded ferrari v8 noises - you'll have to go and show it up

Probably the best noise today though was a tuned Chimera doing number 11's past the Westfield demo paddock

Calm down, calm down. I'll hold my hands up, i know fuck all about kit cars and my comments were made tongue in cheek as a wind up - the sort of thing you'd say to a mate when you know he has a kit car and you just want to wind him up a bit.
Your challenge to a race may be a bit hasty as i drive a 2.0Si Mondeo but it's not any old Mondeo as its a Mk2 with both front and rear bumpers intact (very rare) - not a strip of Gaffa tape to be seen on either of them. Also as of earlier this afternoon it has a new pollen filter which means it is now much lighter because it's not carrying so much dust & shit. I will now understand if you wish to withdraw your challenge .

went yesterday
it was cold and wet and not very impressive show, some interesting stuff from a few kit manufacturers.
stoneleigh is a odd venue the show is spread out all over the place very hard to find stuff if you never been before.
did manage to pick up a few bits for my locost though so not a complete waste of time

I went last year is a shambles of a show, that GBS Zero had stand last year is basically a robinhood seven they sell you a kit which you have to make 90% of again because all of its so poorely machined and cut nothing lines up or fits, i know many kits need a fettle here and there but gbs is total piss take you couldnt even use the swiss cheese chassis!
