most likely due to the box that you have. I have a Samsung box and will probably have to wait till they update these boxes. It was the same as the new EPG update, they rolled them out in stages.

I only got HD 2 months ago. I cant be arsed going to check just now but think the box in unbranded.

You wont have an unbranded box, Chop. Look around the back (wahey) and on the top, it will be marked (prob amstrad if you have the new smaller HD box)

It will say your brand on the box in came in. On the white sticker in the corner
