is there such a thing as a mobile welder????? need a lil bit patched up on my xr3 but its not exactly in a state to be moved, anyone no of a service????

I used a guy up here - he advertised his service in the classifieds of the local paper.

He turned up in a shit-heap of a Transit with some big gas bottles in the back, and long, long hoses. Took minutes to get set up and did a shit-hot job.

This guy was opposite my workshop a few years ago now and used to do mobile. I presume he's still there.

i use to do it years ago but sold all my gear if i get hold of a welder i can do it, what needs welding

Can any1 weld some seat runners to my cobra racing seat please, have also been looking for a mobile welder in Canvey

best bet is to just fabricate a set of mk5 runners so they bolt on to the seats, incase either the runners snap or the seat's break, pretty simple to do
