Weed House Maaaaaaaaaaaaaannnnnnnnn!!
Walking round an area in town and i could strongly smell weed
Bit strange as there was no one about so i did a bit of investigating and found this:
all the windows foiled and bin bagged up, one corner had started to peel and i could see a "snakes wedding" of wires on what little bit of floor i could see. And the place seems to have forced ventilation as a strong smell of weed was coming from the wall vents and the airflow seemed quite strong
I wonder how long it will be until the police raid the flat now ive reported it to the police???

Haha! Warren, you properly tickle me.
Constantly poised in a state of readiness. Waiting to fight crime and CHAV's
But, you're a grass now
Suprised you didn't camo yourself up, lay some claymores and detain the suspects with a kung fu grip.
Whatever next, keep fightin' the good fight....Travis Bickle
btw, the grass tag wasn't me....i nail you with taxi driver references lol

Why would you not grass these scumbags up? It's not just somebody innocently growing a bit of weed it's the crime wave that goes with it when the jobless chavs go nicking/mugging/burgling to fund there pathetic habits.

yep and proud
If i could legally get away with waging my own personal war on bad guys then i would! Seriously i would
Im not steven segal (even though im same girth as him these days ) so i dont know loads of kung fu shit
Im not a bad chef though
and i can do an IED quite well just not the same microwave bomb
Difference is I know Neil's taking the piss as per usual, although im sure there will be some moron later who has a sense of humour failure calling me a grass and sticking my nose in when "they aint hurting no one" (cue an IP trace and a police visit to find out whats growing in his garage/basement ).
I'm intrigued!

Oh and im not one of those "BAN EVERYTHING" morons. There are circumstances when certain drugs should be legally available.
An obvious but controvertial one is heroin.
I think heroin should be available legally but only for addicts in special centres much like methadone is now. Methadone doesnt really work as it doesnt give the high that heroin does so doesnt really cut it for those who dont want to give up.
At least it being available for registered addicts only, it means its hard to come by for experimentation. That is a good thing. you can NOT compare experimenting with weed or MDMA to experimenting with heroin as its too addictive so restrictive access will discourage silly teens having a play. But ultimately you cant stop those with severe psychological issues getting addicted as they will find a way, but by having it available legally for those addicted will cut out the vast majority of the dealer cycle and the crime cycle associated with it.
The scale of financial cost a single addict can cause is crazy!! the charity i volunteer worked it out with police figures for cost of crimes and it came out like this for a male non sex-worker addicted to heroin: (based on police/government figures)
Average daily cost of habit Ł60
Ratio of stolen goods fenced - 10% new item cost
Weekly cost of heroin Ł420
Weekly cost of stolen goods Ł4200 (10% fence rate)
Costs per burglary
Defensive expenditure Ł195
Insurance administration Ł156
Physical and emotional impact on direct victims Ł563
Value of property stolen Ł745
Property damaged/destroyed Ł165
Property recovered Ł-19
Victim services Ł10
Lost output Ł56
Health services Ł64
Criminal justice system Ł1,137
Total cost to the individual per burglary Ł3072
(interestingly muggings cost comes to Ł4700 per offence due to bigger CJS costs and emotional/medical costs despite less value of stolen goods)
Note that of the Ł3072 only Ł745 is stolen property so simple deduction a addict needs to commit 5.6 burglarys a week to fund his habbit at a total cost of Ł17318 PER WEEK!!!!!!
lets add benefits per week.
JSA Ł65
ave CTB Ł20
Rent Ł50
total Ł135
Thats assuming he is not lucky enough to get DSA/sickness benefits and isnt living in a hostel or supported accom.
So far the addict costs society in raw financial costs: Ł17453 PER WEEK
so per year an addict costs Ł907590 per year!!
Average length of heroin addiction is 7 years.
Total direct cost of heroin addiction per addict is: Ł6.3 million !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
the raw cost of female addicts in the sex trade will be less but i suspect the long term medical/emotional care costs would soon rack the cost of the addiction back upto similar levels of a male addict who burgles or mugs to feed his habbit.
Now that doesnt include lost productivity of an unemployed addict, cost of medical care, long term rehab, lost earnings, emotional costs to family and friends.
Quite clearly on the simple maths alone ANYONE can justify availability of heroin legally on NHS for genuine addicts.

How much does a 9mm round cost warren? One of those between the eyes of each heroin addict would work out a lot cheaper, scummy cunts... And one for each convicted dealer while we are at it.

Feel sorry for the owners of the house as it's bound to be rented out. Last time they showed a house like this on TV, the place was well truly trashed and spaghetti'd inside. Cost a small fortune to put right

If your gonna spout random nonsence make it believable, not just fuel for a fire. You know my thoughts and have seen my input on this topic before. So without getting into the pro's and con's of what prescription is the better option,
Yes Methadone isn't an ideal solution (but it atleast allows a normality of life) and
Yes the average habit lasts around 7 years before cycle is complete.
But..... Ł60 a day is quite a large habit, esp. if you inject.
It's a statistical impossibility that all junkies are commiting 5.6 burglarys a week. We'd all be gettin robbed all the time. Take the number of junkies in the UK (thought to be around 2.5million) and multiply that by 4. (drop the 1.6 to allow for the few that work)
You honestly saying that there are 10,000,000 burglaries carried out a week ? That means 1 in every 6.2 (62,000,000 is rough UK population) of us suffers from bein robbed every 7 days.
With a bit more of a brain in your head you'd be
a.) Dangerous
and
b.) realising i'm right.
FFS behave.

weed smokers are far too lazy to be bothered going out robbing! even if we did the paranoia would be mental! Legalise everything and control it then its all taxed and happy and the government will have a massive ammount of extra tax coming in and we will be happy because its being taken away from the hands of criminals who probably have their finger in alsorts of things that are much worse also! problem solved! but it will never happen! the government only listen to what the public (well the press) say/want! they wont even listen to their own drug advisors who keep resigning as everything they test or find out is ignored!
Sorry rant over I know people wont agree and im totally cool with that but realistically its the only way it will work! plus with all that extra tax think how much that would help the current economic problems we are facing!
