i ordered a couple of car bits from a website in the US but when it arrived there were lots of items missing i contacted the site and they said they were sending them out. Didnt hear anything for a couple weeks then i contacted again and seller refunded me $80 which was still not even half of the missing items. i opened the paypal dispute saying not as described with missing items which automatically closed in his favour as paypal dont investigate the quality of goods just that they have been delivered. Now he is getting upset saying i am trying to claim my money back and opened a dispute saying item has not been recieved for the $80 he refunded me.

I am asking what to do as not only is my order incomplete i would be $230 down if he claims $80 back.

tell paypal the items were missing, seller refunded part of the price, but not all, you are willing to send them back for a full refund and see what the ysay
