Default Black Circle tyres anyone?

My mate at work told me that he needed 2 tyres for his Jag and had been quoted £270 for the pair (Pirelli P6000 225/45 R17) by a local tyre fitters. I had heard of Black Circle but never personally used them so i had a look on their website for him and got the same tyres for just over £90 each fitted. Has anybody else on here used them and what are your experiences/opinions of them (Black Circle not Pirelli P6000 tyres).

The guy at the garage fitting them on behalf of Black Circle claimed he only made £5 out of each tyre but not really sure if that's true.

I've had tyres from them before, I used my own fitter though as I couldn't be arsed with the monkeys they recommended.

i've always used them and found them to be the cheapist i can find at the time. but normally just get them sent to me then i fit them at the fords i used to work at, or if im lazy i will drop the car off and let them do it lol. and if you use them quite often thye used to do a points thing, saved over 100 quid on 4 tyres after a while.

Used them a few times and always been a great service tbh. Ive phoned the recommended garage to see if they could compete but they say they cant even buy the tyres in at the retail price blackcircles sell at. I usually bung the fitter a tenner for his troubles.

Used them for first time about 4 weeks ago for a pair of Hankook Ventus V12 205/50X15(pair), £107 delivered.
Good to deal with, even got a email after 10 days asking me for my view on service.

As i said mate they were for a work colleague not me. He already had these on his car and said he liked them cos they were very good in the wet.
Apparently that tyre size is only used on a Jag according to the garage that were fitting them.
Does it work out cheaper to have them delivered and then take them to a garage to have them fitted or just take the car to one of Black Circles nominated garages that already keeps them in stock.
