A mate of mine had an Amazon account. For reasons best known to Amazon, they gave customers a completely wrong email address to contact him.

He was sending things out and thinking all was well but, because a few customers tried to contact him and got no response, Amazon then closed his account as he didn't respond to queries or complaints that he had never actually received.

I hope your emails to Amazon and your customers are better than your posts on here as WTF are you going on about.

No wonder they closed your account

erm. You sold something. Your buyer then realised they'd bought something they didnt want. Complained to amazon. Then your account got frozen. So you'd like to know where you stand now at a guess?

I spoke with them yesterday
He said do this and that did it
but account is still blocked so pm the person who brought the product and he stated he didn't not want to return it and it might be sorted because of this statement just a might be !
there support is good but to appeal a blocked account you need to write to them as you see not that good at that and yes dyslexia is the problem !

but anyway i bet if i had a user name like mondeo man or chavvy i would not get as much crap

Just compose an email and if necessary put it up here or pm me and we can then correct it and send it over to them - at least this way they will have the email and it should get things started

apart from a bit of banter mate i stuck up for you , like i said above i'm slightly dyslexic myself but mainly suffer with my writing and grammar, my reading and spelling is ok though, thats why i edited your quote for you so atleast people could see what you meant.

a lot of people in hands on industry's are dyslexic because we seem to be better at hands on things compared to literate people

Dont get the "get more for postage" you stipulate your postage on ebay?........and im looking at automotive related stuff, on ebay usually equates to 9% fees iirc but Amazon is 13.8% aswell as £28.75 a month to have the opportunity to use it.

In now way am i having a dig, genuinly interested as i would join if sales would justify it, do you get many sales? do you use ebay so comparisons etc

you seemed to put a bit more thought into your reply , it wasn't a personal attack as such but no one else bothered to think just slated his post instead, and dyslexia has many different ways of affecting people, he probably struggles with stringing centences together as well as his spelling, it's quite frustrating cos you no what you want to write but just cant put it down onto paper or into words.
