I want to build a v6 turbo in the next 12 months but have little understanding of how it goes together and works electrically so I want to get a couple of books, I was looking at this one for the build

http://www.amazon.co.uk/Engine-Build...ref=pd_sim_b_5
And either of these two for the mapping

Would anyone recommend these or better/more appropriate books to give me something to start with?
Cheers

Building any engine is basically the same, things like cam selection are where it gets specific.
Make sure you have the proper tools to check your work with, you want to be measuing things like piston to bore clearance for example.
Engine building is like any skilled job really though, it requires practice, im sure that whatever you do for a living if I read a book on it I wouldnt then be able to do it the way that you can.
