never a nice feeling knowing your kids are unwell esp if it is serious, my oldest boy is now coming upto 7 when he was 6 months he stopped eating so we took him to the docs, he said he had a chest infection and would be ok, took him back a couple days later to a different doc who said the same thing, took him back yet again the following day as he was sick and hadn't eaten for nearly a week, doctor found a tumour in his stomach and rushed us off to hospital, didn't go home for 6 weeks he had neuroblastoma an infant cancer, had several opps, had the tumour removed plus is left kidney which was crushed but the tumour.. all is well now but never been so scared in all my life

With a young son and another on the way I can not even begin to imagibe the panic you must have felt!

I'm so glad to hear hes on the mend, poor little bugger. 
We had a few problems with my boy when he was young and he was in the special baby care unit for a while, then he had an infection a few weeks after getting him home and that was bad enough, let alone what your going through. Chin up mate and be strong for your missus.

DMR- that must have been shocking to go throught mate
Well, the scans showed everything normal, so thats good They are home, but only for a visit, they have to go back for 7:30 tonight so he can go back on his intraveinous antibiotics!
