Happy days then mate, save up and buy something properly i would Steve, this is a serious post by the way when i say that, obviously you've got afar bit of torque now so i;d get a better boxd, or get Quaife internals like Jim put in my old saff, that was fine...

And BARA said the TVR stuff is no good and allso dont forget the 5th gear has to be got of right as if it gets broke you then have big problems on your hands . just send it to BARA as yours is no as bad as my box was so should be a lot cheaper to sort it

There are Glenn to a point, but once you start edging to 400+ lb/ft they start to feel the strain, again if you're not a launcher etc you could get alittle more life-span from then..they tend to suffer obviously when you've got Richies kind of torque up near the 500lb/ft...

i had 400bhp/400lb/ft thru my gearbox and it never broke - was trying to break it for 5 years - the only issue with it was a 3rd gear synchro as could never change gear quick or gear down properly.

took the abuse perfectly fine - in fact i still have it in my mates garage

I would try and go for the Euan (rapidcossie) had as that is well cheap for the amount of power they can take.
