I'm not blinkered a realist yes,were the highest achieving team of the last 10 years and making steady progress at a sensible rate and not getting into debt doing so and spend with in our means. Wouldnt say thats blinkered id say it's reality.

destroying us on the pitch is nothing to be proud of surely? lets face it theres not alot between all the clubs in south yorkshire yes you might be 10 points ahead of us would i say you had a better " team " no i would take our team anyday our problem is that we let larry laws run us into the ground before getting rid

Irvine said on radio the teams not good enough and he can only work with what he has. I am proud yes of out playing you, when you see your home town club go nearly out of business with a crooked chairman who tried to burn the ground down and plunge into non league for years i'm proud of every victory. Were a small club punching well above our weight and i'm enjoying it while it lasts. I only have to think back 8 years ago and going to the likes of leigh rmi and leek town and the like and to see where we have come in 8 years.

We have a far better squad and most wednesday fans who know our team and watch the games week in week out agree. You don't have to be a technically gifted player to be in our side you just have to be intelligent and now how to play SOD's systems, that makes our team better IMO. We play football the proper way on the floor.

It's a pity sharp cant play aginst the blunts, shows what a clown blackwell is, let sharpe come to us and he is on 16 goals 2nd highest scorer i think in the championship. I reckon his times up there now. Just hope they dont come sniffing for SOD. Burnley tried but they couldnt match the compensation we wanted and they got that pillock laws

Conference days were a good laugh, went to some right shit holes. Dover our first game in non league we didnt even have a kit to play in so lent some of sheff utd Our fans had a full scale fight on the pitch with Dovers players I was that pissed after i fell asleep in a bus stop and thougt i was in Donny and rang alpha mini cabs LOL.
