But even sadder is SKY pay someone to monitor that site above, and when a new number for them goes up, it is stopped almost straight away.

I know this because one of the numbers they put up was for the person monitoring the site, had a little cht with her about it, and she agreed it was wrong but hey she got paid to do it, and no she couldnt transfer me from her line even if she wanted to, either that or she was lying lol.

they do the same tricks as sky, cutting off any numbers posted up on sayno to 0870.




Best trick if you find a proper land line number for another department, tho same company, start rattling off your problem, when they say sorry wrong section, say ooh ive been on hold for 15mins and just got put through to you etc, and ask to be put through to who you want, not 100% but does work now and then
