my point being, if the signs says sec you should have only paid them for release of the car if you paid essex recovery it isnt legit

just looked at the sign and see it says care off essex recovery, still dont think that is right though

Sue your credit card company mate; I know they've tried to fob you off but legally you have the same claim against your credit card company as you do against the clampers and they will be an easier target.

It is indeed right next to the Tesco's.

Nice to see they are very well known. I want to try and do this via the courts the right way. So far I intend on claiming;

£500 taken
£400 loss of earning for my lady friend
£150 my loss of earnings for half a day
£50 my travel
£50 her travel

I can't beleive these people get away with this, it's beyond a fucking a joke.

oranoco why didnt you walk in yard/climb fence etc and start car. they cant then stop you leaving.

plus if its a shed as you say, its worth a few scratches ramming the gates off

yes but once the cars running theyll eventually have to let him out and they cant remove him so its a battle of wits, and they dont have the insurance to have "customers" driving round the site so theyd have to let him go when they shut up for the night. Plus he has options like blocking thier own gates from inside and charging the gate when they bring in more cars

create havoc

I was up for bolt cutters and just taking the car back but she wouldn't let me plus after getting arrested for what I did to my ex, my boss told me NOTto do anything that would involve a trip to the cells. Last time I got a ticking off, a second time I'll be given my marching orders

No I done it mate, on the plus side the wanker she's with now thinks I'm a raving pyscho after I went for him with the fat bit of a pool cue after, allegedly.
