no bullshit mate just determination i trained with guys on the juice and we had bets on they just got there quicker than me i just ate lots food took whey protein, creatine, gaba, vitamin and mineral tabs, and at least 10 hours sleep a night lol. I would not risk my health with drugs i have myasthinia gravis which is a muscle disease so cannot afford to mess with anything the doc hasn't given me.
Its the whole reason i started weights to build myself up. i always been very strong naturally just cannot sustain it for long periods.

my eyes and face are worse although had trouble with my hands that's why i had to stop i dropped bar mid set with 180kg on it, lucky for me only badly bruised. happened so fast my training partner didn't catch it till it bounced off me lol. I started trainng coz of the piss taking of my eyes, so i figured if i was big and strong enough i could take on the pisstakers well i was 15 at the time, now dont get it to my face just behind my back lol learnt to live with it now. not all bad though i am a minor celeb in medical world as i was the first if not one of, babies to get it had it from 16 months old, usually an older persons illness so i'm in some medical books as they used me as a guinea pig at great olmand st hospital. had to sign a paper to allow them to use pics of my eyes in the book lol. when i moved from london to high peak my doc at shefield couldn't believe he had me in on his pateint list as he trained on the research done on me lol treated my like a celeb. called all these other docs to some of my appointments to show me off. Sorry to go on with myself

I see NOTHING to be proud of there... just means you prob look like a skinny runt! or a possible AIDS victim!
Id rather be fat (again) than skinny! Im a 33" waist and it pisses me off.
The only jeans i'll ever wear are diesel, and their 34" falls off me. 33" is hard to find in the right cut, and 32" jeans wont fit my legs in to
Suits.. I can't buy jacket / trouser sets.. as I need a 44 / 46 jacket and the trousers from a 42" suit. Cheapish every dayers like Boss / Paul Smith and the likes dont split there suits.... so its expensive tailoring or bespoke creations! Not cheap!

Mine are 14" which they have stayed for the past 2 years, I dont have a controlled diet but I do eat good home cooked food. My supliments are reflex instant whey, creapure, Glutemine and tribulus. The suppliments imo dont make a physical difference to me but I think it helps me mentally as it encourages me to train a bit harder.
Only have small guns but I can bench 80kg& the bar, curl 26kg (preacher) and leg press 240kg.
I weigh 71kg
