My left arm always used to piss me off but just sheer persistence and hard work getting it up to strength is what I am working on. Doesn't feel anywhere as solid as my right arm though and when I box uppercuts and hooks with the left are atrocious compared to my right. Can really drill my right arm but the left feels like a dead arm! Still struggle with it on some individual exercises like hammer curls always fucking gives up before my right does

Bench 80kg
Deadlift 120kg (strapped. unstrapped probably around 80-90kg comfortably doing 6-8 reps a set)
Squat: never done a personal maximum but at a guess around 110-120kg.

these days since i gave up competing as an efbb body builder im just an 18.5 st lump but still have 18.5 inch arms,not as good a shape though lol..
back in 2007 i was 21.5 stone with 16 17 percent body fat at 5 10 tall my arms were 21 s 56 inch chest 36 waist 31 inch legs 20 inch neck and calfs...
i was squating 220 kgs for 10 reps
benching 200 kg for 8 reps
leg pressing 620 kg for 10 reps etc
now i eat shit and do more work on cars but i do miss it...

i have no idea what mine are and i don't go the gym i'm not weedy though, to busy to keep at the gym will prob's start when i get settled down and all that.
my old man was very big his PB on the bench was 250kg iirc inc bar whilst in prison he won the competition he entered, but he had 3 yrs of intense training to build himself up.

all i can say is one is a lot bigger than the other after snapping the Distal ligament off the forearm, but would guess at 17"-18", aint done weights for years now , boring!

not trained for 2 years now due to illness but trained 5 days a week twice a day before, hope to get back soon. i'm 5' 9 23 stone my bi ceps are 20" 15-16 forearm chest 60" waist 42"(was36 when i stopped lol) 34" quads 22" calfs all natural no roids
