Default Renting Tips ??

Ok folks,

Time has come, Now i've got some real good work and paying me a fair bit, and have a 3years contract, its time to get out!.

Currently living with my mum and dad after made redundant. I'm looking into rent for the first year, then move into buying, i cant afford to really buy atm with few things but after a year i should be cool to get a mortgage.

I'm renting with a good mate of mine, so costs will be split as i can afford it myself but means i can run the car, enjoy the shows and also have a good bank account view.

Now what should i look for in renting?, Of course a drive is something, and the area is cool, found somewhere but of course booked for viewing in few days once everything is sorted with the letting company.

When you get the inventory go over with a fine tooth comb and let the landlord/letting agent aware of anything else you have found, take pictures if necessary.

Stay at home with your parents, save the money up to put down a deposit on a mortgage in a year. Really wouldn't bother throwing away your money renting, as you will find it more difficult to get on the property ladder. Sooner you get on it the better!

Only positive thing about renting is that its a lot easier to move if you want to!
