I was just listening to summat on the radio on the way back from the shops and found it interesting!

They were basically saying in SOME situations the person claiming rape should take more responsibility for the situation they were in....

It goes without saying no means no, but if the lass is pissed up at the time and then regrets her actions in the morning it ain't the fellas fault... How many fellas have been pissed up, gone back with an utter munter and regretted the day they were born in the morning! How many of them cry rape??

I think women who falsely cry rape and are found out to be lying should get much harsher sentances, and obviously any fella who rapes should be castrated!!

I'm just curious to hear other peoples views!

problem is, theres always 2 sides, but there are some women (minority) who lead men on and just dont realise it, give them the 'we're just mates routine' but spend all there time with said person leading them right up the garden path... then when they make there move its like where did that come from? i didnt see that coming... like fuck you didnt, Theres alot of attention seeing ladies out there who head towards trouble, not because they 'deserve it' but because either A, there to stupid to realise what there doing B, just plain nieve, or C just a complete cock tease..

I know of a girl that was far to young to be in a night club got to drunk gave the biggest come on ever laid it on a plate then cried rape the next morning!! Gotta be a blokes worst nightmare because even if your proven innocent in the end there will always be that rumor hanging over you!!

But to be fair to those women that are genuine! The justice system is a waist of time because the sentences are pathetic!!!

 

A guy I worked with had consenting sex with a girl he met in a night club , , he didnt think too much into it until the police knocked on his door the next evening and arrested him for rape.

He got locked up on remand and lost his job ,, eventually the girl admitted that it she had consented then regretted it in the morning and cried rape.

He was realised straight away when it all came out but he had been in prison for 5 weeks , she ended up with a slap on the wrists and community service .

His life was wrecked , No job , and people still treated him differently even though he was cleared all everything.

Thats just really wrong IMO

I think that girl have a responsibility to keep them self safe and not to put themselves at risk of rape , NO means No in my eyes but there is things we can do to try and make sure the situation doesn't arise.

I think of my safety first and don't leave it to the risk of hoping someone wont take advantage of me

Woman who falsely accuse rape deserve just as hard a sentance as rapists as they both destroy lives. Sadly we live in a society that often assumes "no smoke without fire" meaning a man falsely accused will have it carrying over them for many many many years.

In fact the government itself is propogating the "no smoke without fire" attitude by proposing to tell mothers where a partner has been accused of abuse in the past despite being not charged or found guilty. That is morally wrong. Innocent until proven guilty and all that.

Although i agree with SassyRS's point about prick teases/wind up merchants, it still doesnt mean a man has any right to rape a woman (or man to be pedantic). Any man who cant control himself deserves locking up. Thats just one thing that separates us from animals, we have the capability to control our sexual urges.

Its about time both sex's took a bit more responsibility for thier actions really.

The really grey area comes with "capability to consent" and with the number of people who get massively drunk or out head on drugs theres always the danger signals can get mixed and the fact that people may be soo out of it they just dont know what they are doing. Obviously if one partner is unconcious or incoherrant then its obvious they cannot consent to sex. The problem comes when both partners are off thier heads.

Its not surprising that with more people than in past getting totally wasted and having casual sex then there will be more instances like this occurring.

Also i do think woman need to look after themselves more when they go on nights out. Getting blind drunk with no way of getting home and no mates to look after you means your very vulnerable to sexual predators.

 

It happens a lot in schools too hence why so many schools/counselling services/charitys etc have a rule where a male in a position of responsibility is NEVER allowed to be alone with a female. Yet its allowed the other way round.

Sadly it leads to the impression that men cant be trusted, where as in reality the policy exists to protect men.

 

Happened to me with an ex of mines a few years ago

Was out on the piss (smashed a few cans and a 1lt bottle vodka before we left the house) then met up with mates and spent rest of night with them.After club had finished etc we headed back to mines,she needed a piss so went down a dark waste land type thing but next to a main road,next thing she says fuck me so i obviously assist then we hear voices so i slow down (she was a screamer) and let them pass but they can see us no probs and have a laugh and walk on,so i start hammering away again next thing she suddenly cries RAPE! loud as fuck,i instantly went soft,pulled trousers up and was like wtf!? she then started all the i never wanted this etc crap so i was like fuck this your mental and started heading home,then remembered she had house keys so went back to get her,she had stumbled onto the road so i ran to help her up and she ran away shouting RAPE! again then i shouted i only wanted keys then heard keys hit ground so stopped and searched but couldnt see them and panicked

As she stayed 2 mins from where we were i headed back to hers to try find her but couldnt so headed back to club and still couldnt find her so headed home passing train station,looked down road and there she is chatting to police so i instantly shit myself so headed over to see what was getting said and she was like where you been etc and saying she was asking police if they had seen me etc.So i said soz to them and started heading home again with her,asked her wtf was going on next thing she went mental again and ran away again so i just stood shouting her and she ignored me and seen her getting in taxi so i headed to her's to find her round the back trying to get in house with my keys (she threw her keys away lol) so asked wtf etc etc next thing she throws her jacket off and square's up to me and starts attacking me,punching,kicking and even biting,shoved her off after she took chunk out of my neck then she ran over to my car and started kicking it and jumped on bonnet etc trying to smash windscreen so i went into rage,dragged her off threw her to ground and stood above her trying to calm her but was useless so walked away

Ended up nothing happened of it really apart from her punching herself in the face to make out i did it and also punching her stomach till she was sick cause apparently she was pregnant to me

Got back with her after a few weeks,ravaged her asshole a good few times then fucked her off
